Cooking on a Budget Class Series at Sterling Library

Join us as we take our cooking demonstration cart on the road to the Sterling Library! This series of four classes, taught by the Loudoun County Master Food Volunteers, will provide the basics of knife skills, menu planning, make-ahead strategies, and cooking techniques.

You’ll get to eat the product at the end of every class!

Wednesdays Feb. 5-26 at Sterling Library from 6-8pm.

Your Roadmap to Better Health–Inova class at LHR

Join heart health experts from Inova for a heart health talk and heart-healthy crock-pot cooking class.

Dinner will be provided for participants.

What can you prepare for school aged children that’s fast, healthy and appealing? Join Five Stone Institute nutrition educator Lara Lattman to learn about quick, healthy and economical breakfast and snack options.
