Cooking on a Budget Class Series at Sterling Library

Join us as we take our cooking demonstration cart on the road to the Sterling Library! This series of four classes, taught by the Loudoun County Master Food Volunteers, will provide the basics of knife skills, menu planning, make-ahead strategies, and cooking techniques.

You’ll get to eat the product at the end of every class!

Nutrition Class with Five Stones Institute–School Time Breakfasts and Snacks

What can you prepare for school aged children that’s fast, healthy and appealing? Join Five Stone Institute nutrition educator Lara Lattman to learn about quick, healthy and economical breakfast and snack options.
Your kids will eat it.

The class is free, but space is limited, so please pre-register by calling 703-777-5911, or at the reception desk in the LHR lobby. Young people 14 and over may attend with a parent or guardian, but no younger children please.
